KGE Bronze strength & conditioning clinic
Registration will close the day before each clinic at 9pm. No clinics offered at this time.

Purpose: Required for insurance and athlete participation. All athletes must have an active membership valid through August of the current year.

Cost:

• Youth Athlete: $26.69 (extended)

Instructions:

3. Sign up to create a new account & log in

4. Click "add new athlete", click "my child", Enter athlete details

5. Enter sport details (Track and Field)

6. Enter KGE’s Club Code: U3TVN7S7F (Kentucky Golden Eagles) 

7. Upload your athletes profile photo

8. Enter guardian details

9. For college recruiting (enter no thanks)

10. Click "Save Athlete" & Click "next step"

11.  Click "extended coverage"

12. Click "next step" & Check to accept terms and conditions

13. Add your digital signature

14. Click "next step" (total will be $26.69)

15. Check box to certify over 18 years

16. Proceed to verification OR check out without age verification

17. Follow steps to verification and then pay OR follow steps to pay

18. You will be emailed your child’s AAU card, save a copy

Important Notes:

• You MUST choose Extended coverage to be covered for all season meets

• Use the athlete’s full legal name

• Membership must be submitted before the first session

• AAU covers accident insurance during practices and events

We use Heja for all team communications—practice schedules, event details, cancellations, and more. Please join the appropriate app group before the season begins.

How to Join:

2. Create a parent account and add your athlete profile

3. Enter the correct team code (see below)

4. Enable notifications to receive updates

Important Notes:

• This is KGE’s only official communication channel with parents and athletes

• The DK-926181 code is used for all competitive teams (Gold & Platinum)

• The QA-842803 code covers both training-only (Silver) and clinic sessions (Bronze)

• Notifications include reminders, schedule changes, and event updates

GOLD TEAM

Spring season (March-May) = $385

Summer season (June) & (July if qualify) = $100

*July practices/meet is only for Junior Olympic Qualifiers

Payment options: 

Payment options are available to split the cost across several payments if needed, but your full spring season fee must be paid by March 6th, 2026. 

Sample payment schedule:

Payment 1 - spring: $128 due by Jan. 23rd

Payment 2 - spring: $128 due by Feb. 13th

Payment 3 - spring: $129 due by Mar. 6th

Payment 4 - summer: $100 due by May 15th

Additional OPTIONAL expenses for the spring season: 

KHSAA State Championship track meet fee TBD (~$100 or less)

Additional expenses for the summer season: 

AAU track meet fees TBD (District ~$30, Regional ~$35, Junior Olympics ~$55)

PLATINUM TEAM:

Summer season (June) & (July if qualify) = $180 due by May 15th

*July practices/meet is only for Junior Olympic Qualifiers

Payment options are available to split the cost across several payments if needed, but your full summer season fee must be paid by May 15th, 2026

Sample payment schedule:

Payment 1 - summer: $45 due by Feb. 20th

Payment 2 - summer: $45 due by Mar. 20th

Payment 3 - summer: $45 due by Apr. 17th

Payment 4 - summer: $45 due by May 15th

SILVER TRAINING:

March: $225 (Training is required to start in March)

April: $175 (April is an optional add on)

Payment options:
Payment options are available to split the cost across several payments if needed, but your full March payment is due no later than March 6th, April is due no later than March 27th.

Payment 1 - March payment 1: $125 due by Feb. 6th
Payment 2 - March payment 2: $100 due by Mar. 6th
Payment 3 - April payment: $175 due by March 27th. 

If required for your team, please order uniforms as soon as possible after the parent/athlete informational meeting on 1/31. Ordering details will be available at the info meeting.

For the GOLD (spring season) team it is best to order no later than Feb. 27th to ensure timely delivery.

For the PLATINUM (summer season) team it is best to order no later than May 15th to ensure timely delivery.

2. Write in your child's name

3. Take the flyer to a local business or individual who you feel may offer some assistance

4. The business or individual will review and decide if they would like to make a donation to KGE in your child's name

5. The business or individual may give you a check to give to KGE coaches or mail a check to KGE

6. Every dollar of the donation will be applied directly to your athlete's fees

7. Donations raised may cover team registration fees, track meet fees (State, District, Regional and Junior Olympics if qualify), uniforms, AAU membership card fees. Donations may not cover team apparel or travel.

8. Sponsorship donations are not tax-deductible

KGE is committed to making our programs accessible to all families, regardless of financial circumstances. We offer limited scholarships for competition team fees as funding becomes available through donations.

• Scholarships are not guaranteed and may not be available every season

• To be considered, families must complete the Scholarship Waitlist Form

• Priority is given as funding is received from donors and community partners
